For the 13th consecutive year, University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora proudly accepted the title of the #1 hospital in Colorado. This team, known as WELDS, includes the important dimensions critical for your success, including well-being, equity, leadership development, and support (informatics and communications). WELDS exists to ensure the culture at UCHealth allows physicians and advanced practice providers to thrive. WELDS assists in doing this by removing obstacles by simplifying processes, listening to physicians and APPs, offering solutions, and representing this group of stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard and their contributions are valued.
